Crossings is a collaboration with artist Natasha Rosling, exploring poetic connections between food, place and the human body. With the landscapes around Exeter University as a starting point: Garden, Valley and Pond, we will design three sculptural lunchboxes for groups of people to carry and bring with them on a walk in nature. The project is a commission by the National Trust and part of one-day symposium Place, Practice, Purpose.
Food design for The Center for Genomic Gastronomy. Endophytes are the microorganisms, especially fungi, that live inside of plants. The Rare Endophyte Collectors Club: Dublin is a chapter of The Center for Genomic Gastronomy's DIY research initiative whose goal is to locate and identify endophytes from local plants.
